About the Speaker
Malcolm Taw, M.D., is Assistant Clinical Professor at the UCLA Center for East-West Medicine, Department of Medicine, David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He received his B.S. and M.D. from the Joint Biomedical Sciences program at the University of California, Riverside and the UCLA School of Medicine. Dr. Taw is board-certified in Internal Medicine and completed his residency at the UCLA-San Fernando Valley Program, his fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the UCLA Center for East-West Medicine and the NIH-UCLA K30 Program in Translational Investigation. Concurrently, he is also finalizing receipt of a Master's Degree in traditional Chinese medicine. His areas of interest include clinical pharmacology and the use of integrative East-West medicine to treat functional/pain syndromes, headaches, hypertension, chronic sinusitis as well as dizziness/vertigo.
