About the Speaker
Kay Hall, RD, is a clinical dietitian at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Because of their diverse input, Clinical Nutrition department personnel are integral members of the multidisciplinary team that provides patient care at St. Jude. Clinical Nutrition staff provides nutritional care (oral, enteral, parenteral) for patients. Registered dietitians coordinate and provide individual responses to each patient’s nutritional needs.
Hall is a graduate of the University of Memphis in Tennessee. She is a member of the Association of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition and Pediatric Nutrition Practice Group of Memphis; a member of L.E.A.P. (Lactation, Education and Promotion); and a certified lactation counselor. She joined St. Jude in 2001.
